• How long will the artwork I purchased take to be delivered? 

Ana Alba Studio will firstly accept your order and then endeavour to safely package and deliver your purchases as soon as possible- Ana Alba Studio team agree to sending domestic deliveries within 3 working days and international deliveries within 7 working days. Delivery and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as is available via email. Ana Alba Studio  also display the shipping policies on the website profile if should you be interested.

• Do you accept returns?

As Ana Alba Studio, all refunds depend on the artists’ return policy. Private sellers are not required by law to offer refunds, so before buying an item it’s important to check the Seller’s return policy.

 Ana Alba Studio has a returns policy, please contact a.isabelalba@gmail.com stating your refund request and reasons. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. If both parties are happy or adequate evidence is provided that the item has not arrived/ is damaged or the artist's policy accepts general refunds, Ana Alba Studio will grant a refund. ​​
